- We don’t issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
- If The Original Dance Academy cancels a session, a make-up session will be offered, or parents will be refunded.
- Parents in class: Parents are not permitted into the studio during dance sessions. There may be a watching week at the end of term, or opportunity for parents to watch class at the end of a dance session. This is at the teacher’s discretion.
- In pre-school dance classes, we understand it may be distressing in the first one or two weeks for some children to be without their parents in class. If the child is upset, parents can remain in class until the child is settled and ready to join in. After week two, parents are expected to not be present in the studio. Videoing and photography of children are not permitted in class. This is due to safeguarding reasons.
- Parent and toddler dance class: Parents sit with their child during the class and are responsible for their child’s behaviour in class. Videoing and photography of children are not permitted in class. This is due to safeguarding reasons. The teacher may dedicate a small portion of the class in some parent and toddler classes for parents to get a video/photo of their child dancing. These videos/photos may contain only your child and have no other adults or children visible in them. The teacher can set up these video opportunities when asked at the beginning of class.
